Peter Rouse is an internationally recognized performance specialist, personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, and manual therapist with more than 30 years of experience in exercise physiology, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and applied human performance.

Based in Queenstown, New Zealand, Peter has worked with a diverse range of individuals including elite athletes, combat sports competitors, executives, rehabilitation clients, and high-performance professionals seeking measurable improvements in physical capability, resilience, and long-term health outcomes.

His work integrates advanced assessment systems, corrective exercise, neuromuscular training, postural restoration, performance development, and evidence-informed coaching strategies into structured, outcome-driven systems designed to bridge rehabilitation and high performance.
